Payment method and cancellation policy
- Payment: Cash (COP or USD) or credit card accepted.
- Foreign clients must present a copy of their passport to have the IVA tax exemption (19%).
- Cancellations must be made 24 hours before the starting time of the tour, in order to avoid a 50% payment fee based on the total cost of the tour.
- Children over 1 year old must pay full rate.
