Discover the talent of Bogotá's best artists
Discover how Bogotá has inspired generations of artists through this art gallery tour, showcasing how the city’s streets and bohemian spirit have been immortalized in words, paintings, and sculptures—in other words, in works of art. As a fusion of 20th-century artists' legacy and the fresh, youthful energy of new talent, the San Felipe neighborhood, better known as the Bogotá Art District, was born.
San Felipe, with its mid-century residential façades and quiet streets, houses a total of 15 art institutes and galleries, forming the emerging scene for new art in Bogotá. This scene welcomes both national and international artists and hosts exhibitions that reflect on the state of art in Colombia and the broader cultural landscape. Its success was so significant that in 2018, The New York Times featured a report on the neighborhood, cementing its popularity.
On our tour, you'll move around the neighborhood comfortably in private transportation, and an expert guide will tailor a selection of the best galleries to visit based on your interests. Curatorial themes in the Art District range from urban art, modern pieces, VIP installations, challenging exhibits, or simply works without category.
Our tour also offers the chance to speak with gallery directors, curators, or artists, depending on the occasion. Additionally, depending on the time of year, you can participate in La Noche San Felipe, when all galleries and institutes open their doors until midnight to welcome the Bogotá public, who have embraced and promoted new national talent.

Unforgettable tours and experiences from our customers
Discover what our clients have to say about their incredible tours through Bogotá and various cities in Colombia.
By the end of the week, I felt I'd made a new friend and was leaving a city I had fallen in love with. If and when we get to go back, I'll be asking Daniel to take us to more sites and share more of his favorite places with us. I can't adequately express how much his time and dedication to our trip meant to me. Absolutely wonderful tour guide.
