How do I coordinate the pick-up location and tour start time?
The service begins and ends directly at your hotel or place of accommodation. After booking, we will send you an email so you can provide the hotel name or pick-up address, as well as your preferred start time. Likewise, one of our advisors will contact you days before the reserved date to confirm the details.
Is the tour suitable for children or seniors?

Cancellation and payment
- You can reserve your spot by paying as little as 15% of the total booking value.
- The remaining balance can be paid to the local guide in cash (COP or USD) or by credit card before starting the tour.
- You must present a copy of your passport to be exempt from the IVA (VAT) tax.
- The tour can be canceled at least 48 hours before the group's pick-up time. If not notified in advance, 30% of the total service value will be charged.
